Before you start, we walk through the site, the stage of the job, and what you'll actually be doing, not just the ticket it sits under. If it doesn't match what we said on the phone, that's on us to sort out, not you to put up with.
Is this just labour hire, or can it turn into something permanent?
Depends on what you're after. We run temp, temp-to-perm and permanent placements side by side, and it's not unusual for someone we placed on a short job to still be with the same client twelve months later.
Will I be dealing with the same person the whole time?
One point of contact from the first call to the last shift, no handover to an account manager once you're placed. If something changes on site, you're not stuck chasing a call centre to find out.
What if I don't have every ticket yet?
Tell us what you've got and what you're working towards. We check the fit against what the job actually needs rather than just what's on the CV, and if you're close but not quite there we'll say so instead of sending you in short.
